We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Trucking Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our trucking fleet, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling, and maintaining effective communication with drivers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers for pick-ups and deliveries.
* Monitor the location and status of all vehicles in the fleet to ensure timely deliveries.
* Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and updates regarding routes and schedules.
* Manage and resolve any issues that arise during transit, including delays, mechanical issues, and customer inquiries.
* Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and other essential documentation.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state transportation regulations.
* Build and maintain relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in dispatching or trucking operations preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.

Shift Timings: 5pm-2am
Salary Package: 32k- 35k
