Job Description

Rapidzz Solutions is one of the emerging IT services provider company in Lahore and right now we are looking forward to add competent and Industrious people to our team who are looking forward to add cutting edge technologies to their portfolio. We work with our client on such a projects those satisfy our team’s innovation and challenging instincts.
We are looking for Business Development Executive who has experience with lead generation, online bidding platforms with described responsibilities and skills.
The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
Quality Bids on Upwork, Freelancer, peopleperhour Etc
Write custom bids and proposals for IT & Web development projects.
Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, talking with client and project closure.
You will be required to manage the entire bidding process, ensuring a high level of excellence.
The candidate should have sound knowledge of the latest tools and technologies being used in the IT Industry.
Analyse client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
Experience with interacting with international clients
Prospecting on business platforms to explore business opportunities, by getting projects / making new clients for the company.
Maintain a very high rating on all platforms
Candidates must have at least basic knowledge about software development frameworks and trending technologies in the market.
Experience in leads generation on different online channels, i.e., Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, authentic online portals, etc.
Daily communication with clients & experts
Maintain a very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer etc for the company's profile
Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
Communicating with clients to understand their needs
Bidding Expert & Sound knowledge of IT and web/mobile application development.
The Ideal Candidate:
Must have experience of working on ANY of the Freelancing platforms such as (Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour etc).
Must have the sound knowledge of Web & Mobile Apps Development
Should have excellent proposal/bid writing skills.
Should be capable of setting profiles and portfolios on different freelancing websites.
Should have excellent English writing and speaking skills.
Should have prior experience in Software or Web Development Company.
Should have good understanding of online bidding process.
