Responsible for:
•All aspects of administrative, human resource and accounts related support to the office.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to undertake multiple assignments simultaneously.
•Maintaining contract management database and assisting with incoming RFPs.
•Preparing and submitting approvals and ordering directly from suppliers.
Desired requirements:
•Ideal candidate should be a university graduate with expierence of 2-3 years in the similar capacity.
•Experience with contract work. Will be responsible for writing and reviewing contracts for commercial and government sales;
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Access and Excel)
•Fluency in English
