Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our growing team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our brand, products, and services. You will be responsible for driving lead generation, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting various marketing initiatives across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for email marketing, blogs, social media, and other channels.
Manage and update the company website and social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities and strategies.
Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and trade shows.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising and promotional materials.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to optimize strategies.
Support SEO, SEM, and PPC efforts to increase online visibility and drive traffic.
Develop creative marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions for follow-up and nurturing.
Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective marketing practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and new marketing tools to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally 1-2 years (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.).
Knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
Basic understanding of web development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
