Job Description
• Provide high quality administrative support to MD’s office.
• Manage communication system, both internally and externally.
• Manage all appointments, meeting schedules and minutes of meetings.
• Conduct follow-ups and inquiries when required.
• Maintain travel itinerary, ticket and hotel bookings.
• Gather information from different departments and prepare presentations, reports and plans as required.
• Assist in regular day-to-day work
