Job Summary:
We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies, lead our sales team, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales in US Truck Dispatching Industry, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales management experience in the logistics or transportation industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of truck dispatching operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of the US trucking industry and regulatory environment
