Roles and Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing of the Building Automation Systems, CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control Systems, Parking Guidance Systems, -Occupancy sensors and lighting control.
- Planning and executing various marketing activities like e-mail campaign, participation in exhibition.
- Customer data management.
- Finding prospective customers and generating lead.
- Preparation of quotations/ proposals
- Techno-commercial discussions with customer and order finalization.
- Managing key customer accounts. Developing and maintaining relationship with existing key customers.
- Keeps management informed of progress on every sales lead and customer account.
- Liaison between customer and project execution team for successful completion of project.
- Take challenging sales targets and strive to exceed them.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the access control, CCTV and fire alarm systems will be added advantage.
- The candidate should be willing to take initiative and should act as a good team member.
- Commercial understanding such as payment terms, various schedules, warranty, LD, retention of contracting projects in the field.
