Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO Sales Team Lead to join our growing team. As the SEO Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through the sale of SEO services and solutions. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of high performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets for SEO services and solutions.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored SEO solutions to meet their objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity.
Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in SEO and digital marketing to inform sales strategies and approaches.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling SEO services and solutions
Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices, with the ability to articulate and communicate the value proposition of SEO to clients.
Excellent English commission skills
