Job Description:
As a Software /Web Developer, you will work with the team to define architecture and product functionality solutions. This position requires a well rounded ASP.Net/SQL web software engineer. We are looking for innovative thinkers that have experience and knowledge of .NET languages.

1. Develop system requirements, technical designs, and implement logical solutions through the use of structured programming concepts and modern programming methods.
2. Implement solutions in all phases of the development process.
3. Help establish product milestones and schedules by prioritizing issues and ensuring deadlines are met.
4. Establish and maintain client confidence by delivering quality system solutions within project timelines and budgetary limits.
5. Interacts and works successfully with other team members as well as other department

Required Skills and Experience

1. BS or higher in Computer Science or equivalent experience
2. 2 plus years experience in .NET web application development
3. Able to manage a team and act as a team leader
4. Experience in application development using Microsoft technologies such as C#, ASP and XML
5. Experience with SQL Server 2000
6. Experience with product life cycle
7. Experience in understanding object oriented design and programming
8. A diligent work ethic and the discipline to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions
10. Working knowledge of building and consuming web services
11. Experience with reading, authoring and editing XML documents
