Telesales Representative / Executive

We are urgently looking for a dedicated Telesales Representative to contribute and generating leads for our company.
Generating leads over the phone and maintaining a good customer relationship for our Company campaign.
An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills with good command of cold calling.
They must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone in English.

Working Hours: Various (Mon - Friday) - Work from home also available on certain days and time.


Job Description;
A candidate needed to make daily 150 to 250 calls to customers.
The company will provide the leads and training for the same.
Creating and maintaining prospective clients.
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Requirements
At least 6 months Call Centre Experience
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
High school degree.
