Job Brief
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager based in Islamabad, to help us meet our customer’s acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecast and track key account metrics
Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of company’s products.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Liaise with the customer and internal teams
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Requirements
Based in Islamabad
BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in IT (Preferred).
Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Committed to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
