Key Responsibilities:
Strategically identify and develop new business opportunities in Karachi and nationwide.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and other relevant industries.
Promote and position our plastic bottle products to meet diverse client needs.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure smooth on boarding of new clients.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain a proven track record of successful credit management and accounts handling.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the plastic bottle manufacturing or related industries.
Established connections within the pharmaceutical and bottling manufacturing sectors in Karachi and beyond.
Strong understanding of market demands for plastic packaging solutions.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while managing credit effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
