Smart Vision for Information Systems is hiring HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
• Recruitment, including interviewing, shortlisting and hiring candidates.
• Building and managing a new team from scratch.
• Maintain recruitment-related documentation and records.
• Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
• Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
• Team management and employee engagement.
• Manage the Company’s brand presence through social media platforms.
• Good communication and work relationship with management.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Minimum Bachelors degree in HR, or relevant business qualification.
• 05 years above experience in HR and admin.
• Age 24 years above.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and sourcing portals.
• Fluent English language ability both spoken and written.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Professional and smart appearance at all times.
