Our principles in Pakistan require expert computer technicians qualified to troubleshoot and repair hardware & software issues on windows on all brands of desktops, laptops, servers, printers and other peripherals. Minimum education should be HSSC /diploma in electronics with A+ certification or MCSE with at least 2 years of experience as computer technician. Applicant has to pass an interview and hands on test to install, maintain, repair, inspect and test computer equipment and assemblies, diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults, adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies.
We expect following duties and responsibilities from the candidate: 1. Diagnosing and repairing desktop and laptop with both software and hardware faults. 2. Setting up and installing new PCs. 3. Stripping down laptops or PCs and rebuilding their systems. 4. Replacing existing hardware devices. 5. Replacing laptop motherboards, LCD Screens and soldering DC jack. 6. Replacing / upgrading parts. 7. Visiting clients at home or business premises and helping them with their IT problems. 8. Anti-Virus Protection setup and support Spyware detection. 9. On-site component upgrade network support and design. Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) system tune-ups and cleanups. 10. Configuration of internet and training for DSL/Dial Up internet setup and email configuration. 11. Travelling to some locations to carry out on-site work. 12. Willing to work on weekends. 13. Driving sales is important, as is customer service and maintaining a friendly face at all times. 14. Do call outs, and give remote assistance telephone help to our customers.
