We're seeking enthusiastic customer service representatives to join our team in Lahore, supporting AT&T DirectTV services. As a customer service representative, you'll:


- Handle inbound customer calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns
- Provide product information and promotions
- Meet sales and customer satisfaction targets


Requirements:


- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts (8 PM - 5 AM)
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Freshers or experienced candidates welcome
