Arrange travel bookings for all employees that travel to and from Supreme’s operations, includes flight bookings (domestic and international) and hotel bookings.
Build a strong working relationship with the travel agent, airlines and hotels
Liaise with employees and/or their Administration teams regarding their travel and accommodation.
Provide monthly a report on all bookings made
Review and analyze costs to ensure cost efficiency
Advise the Travel In charge of any changes in procedures by suppliers
Provide recommendations to the Travel In charge on improvements to the current systems, policies and procedures.
