Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager for night shift to join our team and help us expand our reach and drive growth through strategic partnerships and freelance opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Find and secure projects on platforms like Upwork.
Expertise in inbound sales is required.
A strong understanding of Shopify projects is essential.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Create clear and persuasive project proposals.
Identify trends and potential clients in the IT market.
Work with project managers and technical teams to meet client needs.
Monitor business development metrics and report on success.

Qualifications:

Background in the IT field.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Ability to understand market trends and client needs.
Enjoys working collaboratively with others.
Good at managing multiple projects at once.

This is an on-site position located in Soan Gardens, Islamabad, with a planned office relocation to Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, starting January 1, 2025.
