Job Description
• EXPERIENCE:
2-3 years industry experience (Business Process Outsourcing / Call Center) and proven track record of Quality Service to consumers on schedule - Having QA background would be an edge
• EDUCATION: at least a Graduate
• SERVICE RECORD: Flawless service record i.e. having no track of performance and/or adherence issues in the past.
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
• Analytical - Having ability to examine problems effectively and evaluate alternate solutions
• Dependable - Able to take up the ownership of the situation and accomplish goals independently.
• Diligent / Hard-working - Tries and gives out his/her very best at all times
• Decisive - Make spontaneous yet correct decisions
• Optimistic - Should be optimistic in approach, particularly when handling escalations, grievances, etc.
• Time Management - Should be able to meet the set timelines / deadlines
• MS Office proficiency - Should have sound acquaintance with MS Office tools required for his/her daily operations, reporting, etc.
• Should have excellent management and leadership skills
• Should possesses effective communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Should be a team player
