Job Description
1. Perform backup role for payroll
2. Adherence to controls, policies and procedures.
3. Assures staff conforms to organizational policies and procedures and government regulations.
4. Analyzes, reviews, and audits overall general ledger and expense payable systems.
5. Installs, modifies, documents, and coordinates implementation of accounting systems and accounting control procedures.
6. Hires, trains, supervises, motivates, and develops accounting staff; manages workflow
7. Handle AP and AR customer inquiries, special billing requirements and discrepancies.
8. Prepare and review journal entries and account analysis.
9. Monthly Reporting of Financial Statements for all divisions.
10. Assist with cash receipts processing.
11. Assist with weekly, standard and monthly billing.
12. Manages monthly accounting close cycle.
13. Responsible for expense Payables.
14. Manage vendor ads, changes and deletes.
15. Manual and voided checks, bank reconciliations.
16. Process accounts payable (AP) invoices and recurring payments.
17. Prepares and analyzes financial and operational reports; performs variance analysis.
18. Oversees accounting for payroll, real estate, advertising, franchise and store operation accounts.
