Job Description

Oversee computer systems, network printers, hardware / software faults (LAN/Wi-Fi), software installation, configuration, desktop & Windows Server 2008 / 2012 maintenance & up-gradation Configure & install varied network devices & services (such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) Implement network security measures in order to protect network hardware Provide training to staff on effective use of equipment & software Perform health check activity for devices at all ends Maintain user accounts, profiles, file sharing, access privileges & security Troubleshoot & resolve network / desktop issues.
