Heat Transfer Machine Operator

Key Responsibilities: Operating Heat Transfer Equipment: Setting up, operating, and maintaining heat transfer machinery according to production standards. Material Handling: Preparing materials like fabric rolls, papers, or transfer designs for the heat transfer process. Production and Quality: Following production schedules, ensuring quality control, and meeting customer expectations. Cleanliness and Safety: Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including shelves, workstations, and equipment. Teamwork and Support: Supporting other departments and contributing to a positive team environment. Other Duties: May include tasks like repacking garments, folding, or assisting with other production-related activities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Basic understanding of heat transfer processes and machinery. Ability to follow instructions and production specifications.
