Job Description
The New Venetian hotel in Toronto is currently looking for a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, to provide superior service and create memorable experiences for our guests. The associate will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, responding to guests' needs and requests, initiating and completing daily checklists, and resolving guest issues. The hotel shall provide relocation aid and applicants must be ready to relocate to Canada immediately. o Ability to multi-task in a busy environment

o Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Previous customer service experience required, preferably in the hotel industry. Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
