Excellent working on Graphic Designing, Web Development, Video Editing, Sound Embed.
Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
Coordinate social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.

Keep up to date with any social media trends.
