One of the most important aspects in the non-profit world is of Resource Mobilization. Resource mobilizers play an important role in helping non-profits sustain and are in a unique position to have access to powerful and well-connected people who serve on different Boards and are highly regarded in their communities.
We are looking for young and energetic individuals (males and females) who want to work in the area of Fundraising and Telemarketing. Candidates with prior experience in sales and telemarketing experience will be preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Should be goal oriented and ability to work as part of a team.
Raising sponsorships for different activities.
Implementation and feedback of campaigns.
Finding new donors and markets, corporate, traders and individuals.
Mapping the market.
Adherence to systems and rules & regulations.
Daily meetings, planning with sales team and managers related to system implementation for smooth sales.
