This is an executive level position. The prospect will be reporting to Manager- Performance Excellence.
The candidate will be responsible for:
• Providing, monitoring, evaluating and recording effective training activities.
• Designing specific training programs to help develop or improve job-related skills.
• Assessing training needs, developing training methods, writing procedure manuals and presenting information using a variety of techniques, including discussions, role playing, team exercises and visual materials.
At least 1 year experience in this field is required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The candidate:
• Should have in classroom experience in conducting Training, workshops and Training sessions
• Should know how to design training, including methods of assessing effectiveness.
• should possess good command of the English language and be familiar with media production and communication techniques
• Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences or Business Administration.
• Should have excellent listening, speaking, persuasion, time management and negotiation skills
• Ability to work at night
