Job Description

This is an executive level position. The prospect will be reporting to the General Manager. This position requires extensive knowledge of MS Office Applications; Word, Excel, Outlook etc. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding written and spoken English and communication skills.
At least 2 years experience in this field is required.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
The Applicant must:
• Hold a graduate’s degree.
• Be fluent in English.
• Be able to work independently and without need for on-site supervision
• Be able to communicate effectively and keep work confidentiality
• Be excellent in drafting correspondence
• Have experience of preparing action points, taking minutes and follow up of action points
• Be willing to work flexible hours if required
• Be able to Schedule and Organize meetings
• Have an experience of event management
