This is a management level position reporting to the CTO. This is a results-oriented position responsible for the overall direction, design, vision and management of the IT operations. This position requires
• Sound working knowledge of IT infrastructure
• Strong leadership skills and effective communication skills, as the selected candidate will head the whole IT team including the IT Manager, and other IT staff.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Sciences.
• Experience and certifications in Microsoft Server administration and support.
• Demonstrated experience of designing, developing, implementing, coordinating, monitoring and follow through of complex information technology infrastructure focused on VOIP and Networks. Certifications related to Server Administration, IT infrastructure and VOIP (not limited to but including advanced CISCO certifications)
• Working knowledge of contact center networks and contact center related IT infrastructure
• Ability to work flexible timings especially at night
