Telesales Agent (Open Positions – 10)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential clients to promote our managed services.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers interested in enhancing their supply chain management.
Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of each customer, highlighting the benefits of our services.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and close sales.
CRM Management: Keep detailed records of all interactions in the CRM, ensuring that customer information is up-to-date and accurate.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telesales, call dialing, or sales.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and experience using call-dialing software.
Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
