Job Description
Eligibility Requirements:
Business / Marketing (or similar) graduate or postgraduate will be preferred
Professionals in early stage of their career are highly recommended to apply
Prior 1 – 3 years of experience is a mandatory requirement
Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
Job Requirements:
Reports directly to the Account Director
Communicate with the management team regularly and provide valuable input in all the tasks at hand
Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through virtual meetings and electronic mail
Draft and share meeting minutes, along with technical and financial proposal with each prospective client
Regularly follow up with potential clients
Show sound interest and understanding in the product & service offerings at TransLinguist
Regularly monitor industry trends and draft business requirements to improve our product offerings
Ability to take a complete lead in demonstrating product and respective features to the prospective clients through our platform
Ability to provide product & service information to potential clients, negotiate deals and close new leads
Acting as a main point of contact between TransLinguist and the new/existing clients
Efficiently addressing and resolving client queries and concerns
Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
Assess client specific requirements in global tenders and create a tailored-crafted technical and financial proposal while meeting the minimum/mandatory requirements set out for tender submission
