Associate Ip Core Operation

· Testing, configuration, and commissioning of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls
· Configuration and management of IP, MPLS, Metro Ethernet services, routers, switches, firewalls to maximize network efficient and security
· Updating network equipment to latest firmware release in coordination with equipment vendor
· Maintaining up to date backups of network equipment
· Coordinate with equipment vendors, upstream providers and CDN operator for issue reporting and resolution
· Troubleshooting of the Services offered by TWA including IP/MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Fiber and Wireless Infrastructure to customers using this infrastructure
· Investigate faults in network and report status to key stakeholders
· Keep track of installed network equipment and update inventory
· Coordination with other departments for queries related to network services
· Provide 2nd level of support for the implemented infrastructure.
· Documentation of each component of the infrastructure as per the defined standard
· Travel to remote pops for rectification of problem if required
· Direct communication with customers if required
· Provide technical training to other staff if required
