Job Description

Our Lahore DHA based client is seeking to hire sales and support staff for UK.
Timings 1 - 10 pm in summers and 2 - 11 pm in winters.
Salary range is 25 to 35k depending on candidate's spoken skills.
JD:
Handling customer queries over different platforms like FB, emails, calls, WhatsApp etc.
Managing external channels e.g. Amazon, eBay e.t.c.
Picking and processing of orders
Customer retention.
Minimum age should be 22 years.
Minimum qualification: O/A Levels or Intermediate.
Minimum sales and support experience: 1 year.
