Customer Support/sales Representative Csr

We are looking for Male/Female CSR’s. Who can speak fluent English and have completed their education. Agents will be responsible for calling foreign customers for new sales promotions services related benefits, Customer satisfaction surveys & after sales service etc.

Responsibilities:
• Generating Sales/ Leads
• Qualifying leads through cold calling

Skills Required:
• Fluency in written & spoken English language
• Good typing skills
• Capability to understand and follow the procedures and advise customers accordingly
• Patience and anger management skills
• Knowledge of the Program, Salesmanship, Use of Rebuttals, Script Flow.
• Ability to use Computer, CRM and Telephony hardware.
• Sales experience preferred, with demonstrated success in an inside sales role
