Candidate selected for the job would be responsible for below activities:
* University degree in a related field.
* Knowledge of human resources management.
* He/she should be a BBA /MBA (Regular/Non-Regular ) with hands on experience in
recruitment, designing organisation structure, employee development at corporate level.
* He/she should be able to introduce new HR initiatives like linking pay to
performance,
reward and recognition policy etc
* Encouraging the team members & give the oppourtunity for them for
their bright future.
* Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives
that work towards the strategic direction of the organization.
* Provide support to the team members by preparing meeting agenda and supporting materials.
