Sales Qa Specialist

Urgently looking for a Sales QA Specialist to join our growing team in Karachi. We are the innovators and free thinkers that love the mold, looking for the one who can join us on this adventure. The candidate must have sound knowledge of CRM, good typing skills, excellent communication and attention to detail is required. 
 
Essential Duties:
Monitoring day-to-day KPIs and make sure the sales team works as per KPIs.
Study outbound calls, live chats, and customer service presentations to determine customer service quality standards; make test calls to account managers on new services.
Randomly check the CRM of the sales team in order to audit the process followed.
Record and track any complaints or issues, including the cause and solution, through both tracking systems and records.
 
Experience: 
At least 3 years of Sales QA experience is required. 
Experience in the IT Industry is a plus point.
