It Hardware Technician

Job Description:

Web Innovation is looking to recruit a IT Hardware Technician. The ideal candidate would have atleast 2-3 years experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilites Includes:
Install, setup, configure, troubleshoot and repair computer desktops, servers, laptops, printers, peripherals and network.
Manage and maintain Power Backups, CCTV and PABX general operations.

Install softwares and configure networks, firewalls, VPNs etc.

Maintain and support primarily Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) environment.

Implement backup policies and ensure backups.
Maintain task reports and logs.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
Punctual, reliable and resourceful.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in dealing with vendors.

Must be able to handle time management effectively.

Stay up to date with the latest hardware and software developments in the industry.

2-3 years of hardware and software technical support experience

Typically requires intermediate, bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Any additional certification in subjected field is a plus.
