We are looking for a highly self-motivated Business Development Officer. The candidate must possess at least few years of experience in online bidding for small and medium-sized projects. We are looking for a serious candidate to setup and lead the business development activities.
Compensation for this position includes salary with commission.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Ability to assess project requirements and prepare a quotation/presentation
• Successfully bid for projects through websites like Elance and 'Rent a Coder'
• Maintain very high rating on Elance, Rent a Code etc. - This is very important for us
• Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
• Assess project requirements and quote accordingly
• Maintain healthy relationship with the client(s)
• Meet monthly quota of projects
