Responsible for the IBS DAS site Survey.
LTE & LTE-CA Installation, Integration & Cutover as per standard within the maintenance window.
Achieve target revenue by performing Outdoor & IBS Civil Works.
Arrange & attend meetings with Customers & Building Management.
Planning, & Implementation of DAS using iBwave viewer.
Experience with AutoCAD Drawings for a better understanding of IBS DAS Installation with proper customer provided standards.
Responsible for DAS Installation for Roll-out Sites.
Responsible for IBS DAS Troubleshooting for VSWR Alarms clearance using Site Master [Bird & Anritsu
Strong experience in 3G and 4G technologies. BSS, UMTS, HSPA, LTE, VOLTE, BTS SRAN, Net Numen (MINOS)
Experience in performance and optimization,3G, 4G RAN, PS core IP backbone knowledge with KPI monitoring statistics, anal ayes and troubleshooting.
Support for Operation and maintenance Use and safe operation of the associated OSS system
Implementation of configuration work, Commissioning and debugging of the microwave system manufacturer
Knowledge and practice Nokia networks RAN parameters and counters.
Experience of RAN installation and commissioning.
Alarm configuration and site on-air and following customer standards. Alarm configuration and clearance within the maintenance window for live networks
Responsible for IBS DAS Troubleshooting for Passive Inter Modulation by using PIM Master [Anritsu & Kaelus]
Additional Experience of Fixed Network will be Preferred
Responsible for full Telecommunication Civil Work for IBS & Outdoor Sites.
Traffic Migration Activities handling on-site including link shifting and liB Patching between Nokia SAR-M & Huawei RTN within the provided maintenance window.
Responsible for Microwave links Installation & Commissioning for all links 1+0,1+1, XPIC, SD & FD. o Responsible for 4G/eNodeB & 3G/NodeB new Installation & Integration.
Well, knowledge of script creating and Commissioning NodeB & eNodeB.
On-site All Alarms clearance within the maintenance window.
Quality Assurance to get the site ready for PAT.
Customer dealing for PAT and closing all possible snags on site.
SQC uploading by using ISDP including site sign, verification, and EHS approval.
Responsible for all documentation against the activities
