Job Description

- Cost estimation experience in the service industry.
- Assist contracts team in preparation of offers against the tenders/inquiries and negotiations for telecom & service projects. 
Produce bills of quantities, sourcing pre-bid information, comparison studies, build estimations, ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness of the evaluation. 
- Analyze the documentation to prepare on time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Establish and maintain the tendering process, and conduct negotiations.
